This exceptional single malt has drawn its color and flavor from maturation in smaller hogshead casks allowing a greater surface area of wood to interact with the whisky to deliver an intricate character driven by the influence of both Spanish and American oak casks. A deep red mahogany hue, taken directly from the cask, is beautifully enhanced by the angular facets of the carefully crafted decanter.
